Wellness Device: Oralable is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Clinical validation trials are underway at Beacon Hospital as part of our research program. The consumer app and hardware remain wellness tools unless and until regulatory clearances apply.

McGill University collaboration

We work with McGill University on methods to reduce motion artifact and improve interpretability of cheek-placed PPG during sleep. That partnership informs our filtering choices, classifier validation, and trial protocol design—not a substitute for independent peer review, but a core part of how we stress-test Temporalis pipelines before field deployment.

Technical capabilities

Real-time raw CSV export

50 Hz-aligned Oralable lanes (PPG, accelerometry, derived channels) for offline analysis and institutional tooling.

Charlton framework signal processing

Pulse waveform analytics and band-limited PPG processing consistent with the Charlton pulse-wave literature, supporting HOI / temporalis load interpretation.

Pearson r: SASHB correlation

Session and hourly rollups expose hypoxic burden (SASHB) alongside Temporalis rescue fraction for smoking-gun style correlation (Pearson r) in trial analytics.
