• Download Oralable app from App Store

• Open app

• Click to Allow find Bluetooth devices

• Click to Turn On All

• Click to Sign in with Apple

• Click icon top right to go to Devices

• Click to Add device

• When Device Connected click Close

• Position Device on cheek with plaster over masseter muscle

• Click Calibrate

The MAM device is now measuring masseter muscle activity.
