By using the Oralable app and hardware, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Oralable.

Oralable is a wellness monitoring tool and is NOT a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The data provided by Oralable is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions based on Oralable data. If you have concerns about your health, seek professional medical attention immediately.

Intended Use

Oralable is intended for:

Personal wellness monitoring
Tracking muscle activity patterns
Sharing data with healthcare providers for their review
Research purposes (with appropriate consent and oversight)

Use of the App

The Oralable app is designed to:

Connect to the Oralable sensor via Bluetooth
Display real-time muscle activity data
Record and store monitoring sessions locally on your device
Export session data as CSV files

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use Oralable only for its intended purpose
Not rely on Oralable data for medical decisions
Keep your device clean and maintained
Not modify or reverse engineer the hardware or software
Use the sensor according to provided instructions

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by JAC Dental Solutions Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAC Dental Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Oralable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Data readings will be perfectly accurate
The App will meet your specific requirements

Warranty

Oralable hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modifications, or normal wear.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Oralable after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
