JAC Dental Solutions Limited ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Oralable app and hardware. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Data We Collect

The Oralable app collects the following types of data:

• Sensor Data: PPG readings, accelerometer data, temperature, and battery level from your Oralable device
• Session Data: Timestamps, duration, and metadata for monitoring sessions
• Account Information: If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID email (or relay email)
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous app usage statistics via Google Analytics

Data Storage

Your sensor data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, data is also stored in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your sensor data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. You control when and how to export or share your data via the app's CSV export feature.

Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services:

• Apple HealthKit: Optional integration to store wellness data (requires your permission)
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics to improve the app

Data Retention

Sensor data remains on your device until you delete it. Deleting the app removes all local data. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud settings.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption for data in transit (Bluetooth LE encryption, HTTPS) and at rest (iOS Data Protection).

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (via app export)
• Delete your data (via app settings or by deleting the app)
• Opt out of analytics (via app settings)

Children's Privacy

Oralable is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or by email.
